Notice for empanelment of distributors for the sale of the copies of Employment News/Rozgar Samachar and other Journals
The Employment News/Rozgar Samachar, has weekly Circulation of around with 5 Lakhs copies with a readership of more than 20 Lakhs. To boost up its circulation further and penetrate in new areas, Employment News invites applications for empanelment of distributors for sale of copies of Employment News/Rozgar Samachar and other Journals which are being published by Publications Division. Interested persons from all over the country who wish to be appointed a Dealer for sale of the copies of Employment News/Rozgar Samachar and other DPD's Journals may send their applications to the Additional Director-General of Employment News in English or Hindi. The application should reach this office on or before 23rd February 2008. In order to increase the reach of Employment News, preference will be given to applicants from areas untapped so far. The General Terms and Conditions for a dealer will be as below :-
(I) At state capital level, A Dealer will have to take supplies of minimum number of 1000 copies (in three languages, English, Hindi and Urdu of EN/RS) and at district level (non-state capital) the minimum number of copies will be 500. In the case of North-Eastern State and J & K, the minimum number of copies will be 500 at state capital level and 100 at district level.
(II) The appointed dealers will have to deposit in advance an amount equivalent to the net cost of the total required number of copies by him for three months as a Standing Advance Amount.
(Ill) All the Dealers will be required to take the supply of minimum 50 copies of anyone or more of DPD's Journals at State Capital Level and 20 copies of any one, more DPD's Journals at District Level.
(IV) Each application will be decided on its merits.
(V) The decision of Additional Director General, Employment News in this regard will be final and binding.
Interested applicants may apply to Additional Director General, Employment News alongwith the following information :-¬
(i) Name of the Applicant
(ii) Father's Name
(iii) Complete Residential Address
(iv) Name of the Firm with complete Address
(v) Whether the Firm is wholly Owned/Partnership with details.
(vi) Total Number of Educational Institute of the District
(vii) Approximately total Population in District
(viii) Nearest Railway Station, Post Office, Airport etc. with distance from your business place
(ix) Other information, if any

News and 25% to 40% for Journals depending upon the number of copies. '
Application envelopes may be superscribed in block capitals with the words:
"APPLICATION FOR EMPANELMENT OF DISTRIBUTORS"
